CCI Powder

Corroless CCI Powder is a finely divided solid which gradually volatilises, producing a vapour which protects steel and other metals from corrosion. It is primarily intended for use in the offshore industry where plant is temporarily taken out of service and requires anticorrosive protection during downtime. Corroless CCI Power can be blown into pipework, void spaces, box sections and similar, where normal anticorrosive protection would be impossible. It can be discharged into the marine environment (subject to normal legislative restrictions) and it has been accepted onto the ‘List for Approved Products suitable for use by the North Sea Oil and Gas Industry’ and is OCNS registered. 

Corroless CCI 400

Corroless CCI 400 is an anticorrosive wax-based coating, containing vapour phase corrosion inhibitor (VCI). It has been developed for exterior environments and aggressive conditions. Protecting by both contact and vapour phase inhibition, it can provide up to 4 years protection. It can be applied to damp surfaces. Corroless CCI 400 can be applied to winches, wire ropes, cranes, structural steelwork, and into void spaces and box sections. A handy aerosol can version, Corroless CCI 400A, is also available for smaller, ongoing maintenance projects.

Corroless EPF

 Two pack.  Rust stabilisng glass flake reinforced epoxy primer Excellent track record on bridge maintenance painting projects where blast cleaning was impossible,  yet longer term performance was required over only hand-prepared steelwork. High film build by brush, can be applied to damp steel surfaces to aid practicality under difficult site conditions. Corroless EPF has undergone extensive independent testing and has gained approvals from: UK Network Rail for bridges and other steelwork; British Standard BS6920:2000 for use with potable water (in conjunction with Corroless RF35 (2006); to DEFSTAN and MIL specs for bulk fuel tank interiors (together with Corroless RF35 White); and it also has a designated NATO stock number.

Corroless QDR

 Single pack. Quick drying rust stabilising primer reinforced with self leafing glass flake for hand prepared steel.  Fast overcoating from only 30 minutes.  NATO Stock Number 0442-6850-25-150-0974.

• Colour: QDR1 Red Brown QDR2 Buff QDR3 Black

Corroless RF16

 Single pack high build glass flake reinforced alkyd topcoat.  Abrasion resistant and fast drying compared to other high build alkyds.

• Colour: Tinted to BS4800, Ral and BS381C

Corroless RF61

 Two pack glass flake reinforced aliphatic polyurethane gloss finish.  Excellent gloss retention.  Tough durable finish, good anti abrasion resistance and weathering characteristics.  Excellent chemical resistance.  Indefinitely recoatable.  Suitable for urban, marine and industrial environments.

• Colour: Tinted to BS4800, Ral and BS381C

Corroless RF65

 Two pack glass flake reinforced aliphatic polyurethane semi-gloss finish.  Excellent gloss retention.  Tough durable finish, good anti abrasion resistance and weathering characteristics.  Excellent chemical resistance.  Indefinitely recoatable.  Suitable for urban, marine and industrial environments.  Approved for use by Network Rail (approved systems available upon request).

• Colour: Tinted to BS4800, Ral and BS381C

Corroless S

 Single pack rust stabilising primer.  Can be applied to steelwork where blasting is not possible, manually prepare to ST2  standard of EN ISO  8501-1:2007.  Over 30 years track record in corrosion control.  Will withstand operating temperatures of up to 200 Deg C.
